Why should i be drinking vegetables Juices?

Drinking juices made from green leafy vegetables will help detoxify your body and get those toxins out! You may heard that “we are what we eat.” That’s true but only part of it. We are what our body can absorb! There’s no point in eating all that broccoli if your body cannot digest and absorb the nutrients from it.

Fresh vegetable juices supply you with a huge amount of nutrients that your body needs. Nutrients that are easily and readily absorbed into your blood stream, and feeds all 50 trillion cells in your body. This means every single organ in your body can perform at their best!

Drinking a vegetable juice is like taking a multivitamin!

Cucumber and Spinach
Now that you are ready to take the next step into green juices, start with this simple and fast one. The spinach and cucumber are very mild and the carrots and apple add sweetness, wich is perfect for a “first green juice”. Everyone who has tried this tasty green juice felt it was great.

A great tip is to buy locally on a trusted farmer market. If possible search for BIO products wich are not as pretty but have alot more flavour  plus no pesticides or chemicals.

The récipe:

  • 2 handfuls of fresh Spinach
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 a Lemon
  • 4 Medium Carrots

If you like the flavor you can add a bit of ginger
