PRE CLEANSE CHECKLIST
Preparation is the first step for a safe and enjoying juice cleanse. A week prior to your scheduled juice cleanse, and in order to maximize the benefits of your cleanse you should start preparing yourself so you enjoy a more pleasant experience!
We recommend a pre-cleanse for 2-7 days depending on your eating habits and lifestyle. Check below what describes you better and follow the pre-cleanse recommendations for the determined time.
I HAVE A HEALTHY DIET:
If you are a health enthusiast who has gotten off track (typical after holidays), and needs to reset to your normal food habits – 1-2 days is likely enough time for you to set up.
I LIKE TO TAKE MY BELLY OUT OF MISERY ON WEEKENDS:
You behave on most days, but on the weekends indulge a bit, now you looking for a bridge to make consistently healthy choices. Spend 3-4 days in your pre-cleanse elimination phase to rid your body of remnants of too much caffeine, alcohol or processed food.
MICRO WAVE ADDICTED:
Maybe too much to do and no time to do it? Regularly eating too much processed or pre-packaged food, and hardly enough fresh fruit and vegetables. In order to avoid potential detox symptoms and achieve your desired outcome, commit to 5 days pre-cleanse.

CUT ON CAFFEINE
For best results while cleansing, we need to bring your body into a alkaline state. If you typically enjoy coffee or drink soda, you should definitely cut off of these high acidic beverages before your cleanse.
Cutting caffeine out of your diet is not essential to completely eliminate it during your cleanse – however, keep in mind, very often the most caffeinated beverages are also the most acidic. STAY ON SCHEDULE WITH YOUR JUICES
Drink a juice every 2 to 2.5 hours. For some people, 6 to 8 juices per day may feel like a lot. You must space out your juices over 12 hours, finishing your last juice more or less 2 hours before your went to sleep.
Skipping juices will likely leave you hungry later and may result in your blood sugar crash. Even if you are not hungry, when it is time for your next consecutive juice, drink up. Even when you eat normally is a bad habit eating only when we are hungry.
